Performance Standard: Sliding patio doors shall roll smoothly at the time the job is accepted. The cleaning and maintenance necessary to preserve proper operation are the owner’s responsibility.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will repair any sliding patio door that does not roll smoothly if the defect is noted prior to acceptance of the job
