Observation: Cracks appear in grouting of tile joints or at junctions with other material such as a bathtub.
Performance Standard: Cracks in grouting of ceramic tile joints commonly result from normal shrinkage conditions.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will repair grouting, if necessary, one time only during the warranty period. The remodeler will not be responsible for color variations or discontinued colored grout. The owner is responsible for re-grouting of these cracks during the life of the home.
