Observation: Cracks are visible on finished walls or ceilings.
Performance Standard: Cracks shall not exceed 1/8 inch in width.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will repair cracks exceeding 1/8 inch in width only once during the warranty period. The remodeler will repaint repaired areas. A perfect match between original and new paint cannot be expected, and the remodeler is not required to paint an entire wall or room.
