Observation: Exterior paint or stain has peeled or physically deteriorated.
Performance Standard: Exterior paints and stains shall not fail during the warranty period.
Corrective Measure: If exterior paint or stain has peeled or physically deteriorated, the remodeler will properly prepare and refinish affected areas and match the color as closely as practical. Where deterioration of the finish affects more than 50 percent of the wall area, the remodeler will refinish the entire wall.
