Observation: Gaps have developed between strip oak floor boards.
Performance Standard: Gaps between floor boards shall not exceed 1/8 inch in width.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will repair gaps wider than 1/8 inch appearing during the warranty period by filling or by replacing the adjoining floorboards, at the remodeler’s option.
