Performance Standard: Sliding patio screen doors shall slide properly on their tracks at the time the job is accepted. The cleaning and maintenance necessary to preserve proper operation are the owner’s responsibility.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will repair any sliding patio screen door that will not stay on its track if the defect is noted prior to acceptance of the job.
