Performance Standard: Fuses and circuit breakers shall not be triggered by normal usage.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will check wiring circuits for conformity with applicable national, state, or local electrical code requirements. The remodeler will correct circuitry not conforming to applicable code specifications.
Performance Standard: Ground fault interrupters are safety devices installed as part of the electrical system to provide protection against electrical shock. These sensitive devices can be tripped very easily.
Corrective Measure: The remodeler will install ground fault interrupters in accordance with approved electrical codes. Tripping is to be expected and is not covered unless it is caused by defective installation.
